Ariane Evans is a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager working with talent acquisition, hiring managers, employees, and external organizations to recruit, engage and develop underrepresented communities. She’s spent the last 5 years with New Relic’s Talent Acquisition and Social Impact teams and leads the Relics of Color employee resource group. She is dedicated to developing more equity in our workforce and communities. When she’s not online, she’s running to explore the earth on foot as much as possible, or dancing with her daughter.
