Annie helps customers design and build their next generation communication networks. At Twilio, she’s a Director of Product. Previously she was Senior Executive of Technology Solutions at Oracle, and before that the VP of Engineering at Acme Packet. She holds a MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford and an MBA from London Business School.
