Aastha Gupta is a Senior Director of Product Management at Meta, leading Identity & Product Foundation for Facebook. She has worked for Meta for over a decade and held a number of roles during her time there – previously as Head of Facebook Integrity, leading product for Community Builders, setting up sustainable monetization for Meta’s Emerging Businesses (Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Marketplace, Video etc.) and leading Global Operations teams. Prior to Meta, she worked at Microsoft in Product Management and Citi in Fixed Income Derivatives. She earned her MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and her Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from University of Warwick. Aastha is also a proud mama of little tornadoes – her 5 year old son and 3 year old daughter.
