Belisa oversaw Gap, Inc.’s IT Change Management and Service Level Management teams where she partners closely with technical and business teams to develop and govern IT operational processes. Her work reaches across the entire global technology portfolio. In her 13 years at Gap, Belisa led teams across the business and IT organizations in roles ranging from overseeing the digital production of marketing campaigns for Old Navy and Banana Republic websites, to being a cross-functional technical liaison delivering guidance and driving issues to resolution. Belisa’s time away from work includes traveling with her family, photography and serving as a Girls in Tech mentor.
