Wei is an engineering director leading the development of media for the world largest video conferencing SaaS Webex. She is a Cisco veteran and a mother of two. She started coding in high school accidentally then fell in love with it and has been coding ever since. She is passionate about technologies and education. She was a mentor for college girl students in STEM field and high school girl students who were interested in coding. In her spare time she enjoys reading, running, skiing and being an amateur petite model.
