Rob currently serves as Executive Vice President of Oracle CRM/CX Cloud. He most recently led Lithium Technologies to its successful acquisition by Vista Equity Partners. Prior to Lithium, Rob served in several executive positions at Adobe, including General Manager of the $1.3B+ Enterprise Business Unit. Prior to Adobe, Rob was the EVP and General Manager of multiple businesses at EMC. He served as the Chief Strategy Officer of Documentum prior to the company’s sale to EMC. Rob was part of the founding executive team for Commerce One and led the business development and Trading Exchange strategy while there, including the formation of Covisint. Rob received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Amherst College and started his career as an investment banker at Goldman Sachs and a lawyer at Wilson Sonsini. He previously served on the Board of Directors of CDK Global, Advent Software and Borland Corporation. Rob has three teenage children – two boys and a girl.
