Tracey is a Lead Product Designer and manager on Climate’s 10-person – and growing – design team. She is responsible for creating thoughtful and valuable solutions for farmers and their trusted advisors. She is passionate about finding the right mix of value, innovation and delight in the experiences she builds. Designing for farmers has been a unique challenge, but also a very meaningful one. She was previously a UX Designer at CafePress, MapQuest and (quite a while back) eToys.com. In her free time, she can be seen chasing after her kids, trail running with her dog or reading a really good book.
