Wendy was Yahoo! Director of Program Management, Service Engineering with has over 15 years experience in the technology sector leading technical teams with specialties in workforce strategy and planning, coaching and motivating employees and executives, and creating and delivering training. She holds both BA and MA degrees in Psychology, which give her unique perspectives and approaches in leading technical teams. She was at Yahoo! in technical management and training roles from 2003 – 2008 and returned in 2009 to build the global hiring, training and communications programs for Service Engineering. In her free time, Wendy enjoys traveling, writing and being outdoors.
