April is Senior Director at Cisco. Previously, she was a Principal Scientist in HP’s Analytics Research Lab. Her key technical areas and domains of expertise are in the research, design, and implementation of global enterprise collaboration solutions including mobile user experiences and social video communication. April holds five patents and has written a number of white-papers.
