Hillary is CTO of the provence of Ontario, Canada. Previously, she was Deputy Executive Director and a co-founder of 18F, the first digital services startup housed inside the Federal Government. She is a former Presidential Innovation Fellow, where she worked on the MyUSA project before joining forces with other PIFs to start 18F. She recently wrote her job description in emoji: .
