Nan Guo is a seasoned technology executive, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Zendesk. In her role, Nan leads a team of over 400 engineers across the globe, overseeing a diverse range of responsibilities such as infrastructure, reliability and resilience, engineering productivity, core services, and developer platform functions. With more than two decades of industry experience, Nan has established herself as an expert in cloud computing, large-scale distributed systems, high throughput, and low latency services. Her passion for cultivating high-performance teams has empowered her to scale businesses and foster strong connections with customers. Her strong leadership and technical expertise have allowed her to excel in her career and make a significant impact within the organizations she has worked with.

Nan currently holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Silicon Valley Leadership Community (SVLC), an organization that brings together prominent technology leaders. Prior to her tenure at Zendesk, Nan played a crucial role at Adobe as the Senior Director of Engineering for Ad Systems, where she was instrumental in shaping the organization’s engineering strategies.
