Suzan is corporate secretary, vice president and deputy general counsel of Intel Corporation. She manages the worldwide legal team for Intel’s Corporate Legal Group. Since joining Intel in 1991, she has held a number of positions including general counsel of Intel Capital, Intel’s global investment organization, and vice president of the Business Legal Group. She is the executive sponsor for the Santa Clara Women at Intel Network, a member of Intel’s Network of Executive Women Leaders, and an executive sponsor of Intel’s Legal Diversity program. Suzan sits on the board of the National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) and the board of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA). She also oversees Intel’s legal pro bono programs, and is an active pro bono participant in the community and holds board positions at the Santa Clara Law Foundation and the Silicon Valley Campaign for Legal Services. Prior to joining Intel, she worked for the law firms of Irell & Manella and Morrison & Foerster. She received her bachelor’s degree from Bryn Mawr College and her J.D. degree from Santa Clara University.
