May is Director of Global Technical Programs at BMC. Previously she was the Senior Product Manager for Customer Programs at BMC Software. She develops and continually improves programs that focus on the customers to bring their requirements and feedback to BMC to deliver product features. Her programs have significant positive impacts in customer engagements and interactions with BMC and drives improved processes and quality within the BMC product lifecycle. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Information Management from the University of Melbourne in Australia. She also studied Business System Application Design at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
