Stacey is currently a Staff Engineer for Guild, Inc. Guild’s platform helps employers provide tuition-free education, skilling, and career mobility to their workforce. Stacey has been in the industry since the late 2000s, graduated from UBC (Vancouver, Canada) with a computer engineering degree and has enjoyed a variety of roles and locations during her career. Her focus now is on cross-team collaboration strategies, psychological safety in the workplace and frontend technologies.
