With stints at Meetup, Twitter and Foursquare, Karina has spent her career in UX research learning about social behaviors online. She’s weathered the explosion of smartphones, gradually shifting her methods from purely desktop to almost purely mobile. As the first member of several research teams, she’s learned how to set up a practice from scratch and how to work with teams who have never worked with a researcher before. When she’s not moderating interviews, she’s probably rock climbing, DJing or gaming.
