We’ll also have tech and lightning talks with Zillow Group girl geeks. Come enjoy drinks and apps, and meet engineers and project managers from Trulia and Zillow Group.

Aldona Clottey (VP, Premier Agent Platform, Zillow Group)Aldona Clottey
Aldona Clottey is Vice President of Zillow Group’s Premier Agent Platform, leading a product and engineering team focused on building mobile and desktop apps to help real estate professionals successfully manage their businesses. Aldona started her career as a mechanical engineer designing jet engines for Pratt & Whitney. Since then she has held product roles and Trulia, Amazon and Siebel Systems. She earned her BS in Mechanical Engineering from Harvard University and MBA from the Wharton School. Aldona currently serves on the board of the Bay Area Children’s Theatre. On weekends, she focuses on how she can mold her two young daughters into women who build.

Lynnette Bruno (VP Communications, Zillow Group)Lynnette Bruno
Lynnette Bruno is Vice President of Zillow Group’s Communications, leading Zillow Group Employee Communications and Trulia’s PR and Housing Economics Research teams. In her role, she advises executives at Trulia and Zillow Group on their internal and external communications. Previously, Lynnette led both external and internal communications for eBay where she amplified the brand’s position as one of the largest online marketplaces among both merchants and consumers, while developing engaging communication strategies that inspire employees. Lynnette managed global employee communications for Visa where she developed the employee engagement strategy, content development and an executive communications program. At Cisco, she served as an executive communication leader for Tony Bates, before becoming the director of strategic communications for the engineering organization. Lynnette earned her MA in Communications and Information Studies, and a BA in Speech Communications, both from California State University, Chico.

Tim Correia (SVP & GM, Trulia)Tim Correia
Tim Correia leads the Trulia brand and business, overseeing all strategy, engineering, product, design and marketing. As a product-driven leader, he is focused on achieving Trulia’s mission to help buyers and renters find the right home and neighborhood for them. Tim joined Trulia in 2008 as a senior software engineer, rising through the ranks to become a Vice President of Engineering. In that role, he led the development of Trulia’s agent products and revenue systems. After the formation of Zillow Group following Trulia’s acquisition by Zillow in 2015, Tim led the launch of the company’s Premier Agent App. Prior to Trulia, Tim served as an engineering leader and developer for a number of successful consumer tech companies, including Zappos, Yahoo! and Friendster. Tim earned his BS in Computer Science from California State University – East Bay

Sheetal Agrawal (Senior Engineering Manager, Trulia)Sheetal Agrawal
Sheetal Agrawal is a Senior Engineering Manager at Trulia leading a team to build systems to ingest and process Local neighborhood data like Schools, Crime, Commute and Amenities. In her one year at Trulia / Zillow group, she and her team have also built big data ingestion systems to enable real-time listings for New-Construction, Sale, and Rental houses for Trulia. Prior to this, Sheetal spent 6+ years at Amazon as a Senior Engineer and an Engineering Manager, helping build Amazon Payments, Amazon Videos, Video Advertisements and Big Data Analytics platform. She also contributed to Windows Mobile and Microsoft Speech Technologies in Microsoft for 5 years as Senior Engineer. Sheetal hails from India and earned her Master’s degree in Computer Science.

Natalie Qabazard (Software Engineer, Zillow Group)Natalie Qabazard
Natalie Qabazard has been a Software Engineer at Zillow Group for two years, working specifically on the Trulia brand. She is a full stack developer on the Local Team, focusing on building products for users to learn more about the areas surrounding a home. In her role, she builds React components using Typescript and works with AWS to build micro-services for the products that help users learn more local information. Natalie is also an organizer for the Women in Engineering Group at Zillow Group, which is a group that meets once a month to discuss various topics. Before Zillow Group, Natalie was a student at UC Davis where she studied Computer Science and was an ambassador for entrepreneurship on campus, helping students write grant proposals and get seed funding for startup ideas. Francesca Guiducci (Senior Software Engineer, Zillow Group)Francesca Guiducci

Francesca Guiducci is a Senior Software Engineer at Zillow Group for the Trulia brand. In her current role, she focuses on building services and pipelines to help homebuyers and renters find their perfect neighborhood, be it the one with the best schools or the one with the most bars. Previously, she worked at the IHMC research center in Pensacola, Florida, where she discovered that writing academic papers was not her forte. Francesca holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Ferrara, Italy. Since moving to San Francisco, she has been on a quest to try all the Italian restaurants in the Bay Area and find the best ones. Follow her on Twitter at @engfragui.

Shir Nehama (Quantitative Analyst, Trulia)Shir Nehama
Shir Nehama joined the Trulia Brand at Zillow Group as a Quantitative Analyst. She works with both the Mortgage and Local Team to deliver actionable insights through data analytics. She works primarily with SQL, python, and R to extract and analyze the data as well as Tableau to create intractable and digestible data visualizations for the Product team. Previously, Shir graduated from UC Berkeley with a BS and MS in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. At Cal, she was also heavily involved in the professional development leadership team for the Society of Women Engineers (SWE). In her free time, Shir loves taking dance classes in Hop Hop, Lyrical Jazz and Salsa!

Sheila Saadieh (University Recruiting Program Specialist, Zillow Group)Sheila Saadieh
Sheila Saadieh is a University Recruiting Programs Specialist at Zillow Group, managing the intern program in the San Francisco office. She graduated from San Jose State University with a BS in Public Relations. After doing an internship in Fashion/Tech PR, she worked as a media coordinator at an advertising agency. Sheila soon realized that this wasn’t a job that she wanted to develop into a career. She really enjoys working with people and shifted gears into the field of recruiting. She has since developed her career from a recruiting coordinator to a university recruiting role and is also on the diversity task force at Zillow Group. Marissa Marquez (Software Engineer, Trulia)Marissa Marquez
Marissa Marquez is a software engineer at Trulia where she works on the search and property detail experience. She completed Hackbright Academy, a coding fellowship for women, over four years ago and has been working at Trulia ever since. Marissa is a co-founder of the Women in Engineering Group at Zillow Group which was established in May, 2014.
