As Vice President of SaaS Support Delivery @ CA, Usha is responsible for enabling and executing an exceptional customer experience that is tailored to the unique needs of its SaaS customers. Usha joined CA in late 2013 to focus on facilitating collaboration across teams to ensure a desired outcomes with the SaaS experience. Her role has expanded to include responsibility for the SaaS Support team’s operational performance in achieving and exceeding expectations. Usha has a Masters in Computer Information Systems from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science from APAU, India.
