Laura is the Vice President of Sales and Services Operations at Adaptive Insights, a Workday company. Previously, she was the Vice President of Sales Operations at SugarCRM, responsible for the operations of the functions that directly support the worldwide sales team, including Sales Process, Infrastructure, and Sales Training & Enablement. Prior to Sugar, Laura ran operations for Kelly OCG’s global high tech practice and at Xilinx she helped setup their Asia Pacific Singapore Headquarters and led their CRM transformation program. Laura earned her MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business and her Bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Economics at UC Davis. When she is not working, Laura enjoys time with her family, husband, two kids, and German Shepherd, Duchess.
