Catia is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Xilinx. Catia joined Xilinx in 2007 and brings over 20 years of legal experience to her role. She is responsible for legal matters globally including commercial transactions, corporate activities and policies, corporate governance, employment, export compliance, intellectual property and litigation. Catia has a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings and a B.A. from the University of Southern California.
