Caroline is leading a team of 70 technical writers, software engineers, product owners, and managers. The writing team authors books, online help, videos, in-application user assistance, and interactive learning tutorials for administrators and developers of the Salesforce Platform. A 10-year Salesforce veteran, Caroline’s proudest moment was her team’s launch of Trailhead, the fun, free way of learning Salesforce by earning points and badges. Caroline also recently took over leadership of the engineering team responsible for all of Salesforce’s content portals and in-app user assistance. Caroline holds a B.S. degree in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University, a Culinary Arts certificate from the California Culinary Academy, and is a proud mama to four rambunctious kids under the age of 8.
