Suzanne PilkingtonSuzanne Pilkington, Yummly CFO & Head of HR

Suzanne joined Yummly in early 2012 and leads the G&A teams, including finance, accounting, HR and office administration. Partnering with the leadership of the organization, she is leading the charge to double the employee base in 2018. She is a serial startup executive, holding similar roles in diverse industries, including hardware, software, and service organizations. When not at work, you can find her gardening, hiking or cooking for her family and friends. Ice cream is her kryptonite and this is her favorite recipe on Yummly! Melissa is a big nerd for product, design, and cooking with early adopter technologies. Yummly is the perfect match for her passions and as Head of Product, she leads creation of experiences that guide home cooks to successful execution in the kitchen based on their tastes and interests. Prior to joining Yummly, Melissa was at IGN Entertainment where she led mobile engineering, video platform, and media channel development. An avid home chef, kitchen adventures from this past year have included whole baked suckling pig and successfully reverse engineering dishes tasted at Alinea. An on-going crowd favorite recipe first made at an all things duck dinner she hosted is Sous Vide Duck Breast sliced and served in butter lettuce cups… this preparation was reviewed by friends as better than Atelier Crenn’s sliced duck breast dish.

Melanie leads Yummly’s smart kitchen product initiatives, which is a perfect match for her love of cooking and life-changing technology. Before Yummly, she worked in various roles as a PM and general manager at other companies that improve people’s lives, including NerdWallet and Coursera. Yaprak is a senior Android engineer at Yummly, leading a team of 5 software engineers and developing Yummly’s delightful, innovative, and award-winning Android App. Yummly is ranked in the top 5 Cooking App! Before Yummly, Yaprak led the mobile engineering team at Zoosk, which is currently the top ranked dating app in the Play Store. As a lover of all things technology, Her most recent challenge is to create a Connected Cooking Platform, connecting smart appliances to mobile technology. Chloe is a Product Data Scientist at Yummly. In her role, she makes use of Yummly’s rich data to discover interesting trends around food, recipes and people’s lifestyle. Trained as an economist and a statistician, she enjoys transforming data into actionable insights. Outside of work, she is keen on exploring new food options, watching culinary shows and of course cooking. Check out this simple chocolate marble cake recipe in her dessert collection.

Anagha DuttAnagha Dutt, Yummly Controller
Talk Topic: “Finding Inner Peas, Life Outside Work”

Anagha loves numbers. Which is probably why she is the Controller at Yummly! She joined Yummly in 2015. Before that, she served as Controller for other high-growth startups and held various accounting roles at large companies like Aon, HSBC, and Baxter. She holds a Masters in Accounting from Boston College, an MBA from IMI in India, and is an active CPA. Apart from debits and credits, Anagha enjoys crocheting, reading or contemplating the next family travel destination. She is an Ethiopian food fanatic and her favorite recipe on Yummly is Kik Alicha.

Edwina ClarkEdwina Clark, Yummly Head of Nutrition and Wellness
Talk Topic: “Turnip The Beet on Your Health”

Edwina is the Head of Nutrition and Wellness and leads all content creation efforts at Yummly. She holds her bachelors and masters degrees in nutrition from Boston University, and is dually credentialed as a Dietitian in both the US and Australia. Edwina has worked a spokesperson, content creator, and consultant for multiple early stage startups, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. She regularly contributes to the media, and has been featured in SELF magazine, Women’s Health, Glamour, Teen Vogue, among others. Outside of the office you can find Edwina running, cooking up a storm, or traveling far and wide. She’s a self-confessed chocoholic with a penchant for avocado toast and anything with blueberries.
