You are invited for dinner, drinks and networking with the Sumo Logic girl geeks leading a discussion on actively listening to customers and creating a culture of service.

Throughout a product lifecycle, even in a cloud company, you have to be listening to your customers. The Sumo team has developed some simple ways to get some big wins!

Speaker Bios:

Riya SinghRiya Singh, Senior Software Engineer & Team Lead, Sumo Logic
Riya is a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead of the Data Engine team at Sumo Logic. The Data Engine team is responsible for some of the core functionality that powers real-time streaming applications at Sumo, for example – dashboards, livetail and alerting. Prior to Sumo, she worked at Mathworks in Boston. She holds a MS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Stacy KornluebkeStacy Kornluebke, Manager, Training & Documentation, Sumo Logic
Stacy is the Manager of Training and Documentation at Sumo Logic, ensuring the growth and quality of the Customer Learning Experience at Sumo Logic. Prior to Sumo Logic, Stacy ran a Cloud documentation shared service at Cisco, ensuring that several groups had the Cloud writers necessary to their success. Stacy has a passion for engaging users in the ways that they learn most effectively and also for traveling whenever she can with her three sons.

Jen BrownJen Brown, Compliance & Data Protection Officer, Sumo Logic
Jen is Sumo Logic’s compliance and data protection officer and is responsible for leading compliance, risk and privacy efforts for the company, including GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOC2 and FedRAMP, as well as several other regulations. Prior to Sumo Logic, Jen worked as a consultant, external auditor and internal resource for both small and large organizations including Oracle, VMware and FishNet Security. Jen brings over 20 years of experience in IT security and compliance to Sumo Logic and she previously held her QSA, a designation for external PCI Auditors, and is a certified Lead Auditor for ISO 27001.

Bret ScofieldBret Scofield, UX Research Team Lead, Sumo Logic
Bret leads the UX research team at Sumo Logic. She enjoys the occasional run and being the contrarian for all food preferences.

Getting There:

The Redwood City Caltrain station is about a 10 minute walk from Sumo Logic.

For those driving, there are plenty of parking in the lot around the building, as well as street parking.

You do need to enter through the main entrance to sign in. The Sumo Logic team will be in the lobby to greet everyone.
