Girl Geek Speaker Bios:

Rosaalie ShahRosaalie Shah, Director of Applications Product Management
Rosaalie is the Director of Applications Product Management at SugarCRM. She leads the product team focused on delivering a complete CRM platform (marketing, sales, service) that helps organizations build better business relationships. Rosaalie has broad experience across product management, marketing and business development. Her tech career spans multiple industries including CRM, e-commerce, advertising and local search. Rosaalie has lead teams from start-ups to enterprise public companies, but has found her home at Sugar 3+ years ago. Outside the office, Rosaalie spends her time hiking, attempting new recipes, attending live performances and traveling far and wide. Follow her on Twitter at @RosaalieShah.

Vandita AroraVandita Arora, Senior Product Manager
Vandita recently joined SugarCRM as Senior Product Manager, responsible for leading and driving SugarCRM’s Cloud products. Prior to joining SugarCRM, she has held Product Management and Engineering roles in Cloud, DevOps, Application development and Agile teams for Fortune 500 company. Vandita has served on the board for WICT, a women in tech non-profit and is extremely passionate about mentoring and driving initiatives to encourage more girls and women into STEM fields. Vandita earned a Bachelors in Electrical & Telecommunications Engineering and Masters in Telecommunications & Business management from University of Maryland, College Park. In her spare time, she is planning her
next travel adventure, hiking, learning vocal classical music and recently trying her hand at boxing.

Jaime YuenJaime Yuen, VP Corporate Controller
Jaime joined SugarCRM’s Finance team in February 2016 where she currently manages global accounting as the corporate controller. Prior to SugarCRM, she was a Big-4 CPA and has a blend of accounting operations and technical accounting/SEC reporting experience. Outside of SugarCRM, Jaime moonlights as an amateur musician, playing violin for a few local community theater groups.

Sandhya JaideepSandhya Jaideep, Senior Director of Applications Engineering
Sandhya is Senior Director of Applications Engineering at SugarCRM. She heads development of the SugarCRM application and desktop plugins. Sandhya has broad experience as an engineering leader,
entrepreneur, product visionary, and developer. Her career spans multiple tech industries including CRM, enterprise software, IoT, security, and mobile. Prior to joining SugarCRM, Sandhya pursued her entrepreneurial ambitions and founded Truvolo, to build connected-car solutions to monitor driving safety and health of a car. In the workplace, Sandhya is a people person who is truly passionate about building a culture that allows the career and personal growth of everyone in her team. She holds a Masters in Computer Science from Kansas State University. When she is not at work, Sandhya tends to spend time with oil painting, cooking, cross-fit, and driving her teenager to band practices.

Brie RowBrie Row, Organizational Learning & Development Manager
Brie has been with SugarCRM for 10 years, with a focus on training and education since 2012. As the Manager of Organizational Learning and Development at SugarCRM, Brie’s focus is managing Sugar University’s customer and partner learning programs, training operations, and partnering with various business groups at SugarCRM to drive their learning and development needs. Before making the switch to Learning and Development, Brie held roles in sales, customer success, and consulting. Outside of work, she enjoys adventures with her husband and two young daughters, catching up with friends, and trying new recipes in the kitchen.

Katherine SpencerKatherine Spencer, Senior User Experience Designer
Katherine joined SugarCRM 2.5 years ago as a senior user experience designer after learning about the company at the 2015 Girl Geek Dinner. Prior to focusing on user experience design, Katherine worked as a data visualization expert and college teacher. When not working, you can find Katherine hiking, biking, or active in the maker movement. She has recently finished two wood working projects (coffee table and shelving unit) and is currently debugging her Arduino code for a project involving individually addressable LEDs.
