Deirdre O’SheaDeirdre O’Shea, Senior Director of Technology
Deirdre is Senior Director of Technology in Modem Wireless Group specializing in RF interfaces connectivity. She has been leading the Baseband/RF Architecture effort for multiple modems over the past 5 years at Qualcomm. Additionally, she specializes in radio interfacing and how these evolve to meet a variety of technical challenges with multimode modems. She also works closely with RF360 team on front end design and interfacing.
Deirdre will give the keynote on 5G applications and benefits at Qualcomm.

Rashmi KulkarniRashmi Kulkarni, Principal Engineer
Rashmi has over 20 years of experience in commination & embedded engineering field. For the past 8 years, she has lead the power & architecture efforts in the field of sensors technology. She has been part of several innovative architectural designs that have been productized as Qualcomm Technologies’ integrated sensors solution.

Rashmi will speak on smart sensing at Qualcomm.

Kaumudi PhanasalkarKaumudi Phanasalkar, Principal Engineer
Kaumudi is Principal Engineer at Qualcomm Atheros and leads Wifi-SON Mesh commercialization for customers products using Qualcomm chipset and software. Her team has
helped launch 10+ Mesh Wifi-routers, and 50+ Smartphone models.

Kaumudi will speak on mesh network solution (Wifi-SON) at Qualcomm.

Att AthsaniAthellina Athsani, Director of Engineering Operations
Athellina (Att) Athsani is Director of Audio Connectivity Engineering Operations at Qualcomm. She has 18+ years of experience in digital services platform product management and marketing with latest 7 years focused in strategic technology planning and operations. She has over 74 published patents in web, mobile and mobile technologies.

Athellina will speak in a panel discussion about working like a boss at Qualcomm.

Chandana PairlaChandana Pairla, Director of Product Management
Chandana is Director of Software Product Management in the connectivity business unit at Qualcomm Atheros. In this role she lives and breathes wireless technologies, leading a team of product managers responsible for software running on various wireless chips that power smart home and enterprise products.

Chandana will speak in a panel discussion about working like a boss at Qualcomm.

Christine ZhangChristine Zhang, Senior Staff Engineer
Christine received her PhD degree in Wireless Communications. She joined Qualcomm Technologies’ WiFi Systems team in 2011. She is now the Systems Lead for WiFi location and motion detection. She has over 160 filed US and international patents, with over 40 patents granted.

Christine will speak in a panel discussion about working like a boss at Qualcomm.

Taravat KhadiviTaravat Khadivi, Senior Staff Engineer
Taravat is a Senior Staff Engineer at the QCT packaging team, working as the thermal analysis lead for different QCT products with her main focus on modems and 5G packages/modules. She holds a Ph.D. in mechanical & materials engineering. Prior to joining Qualcomm 5 years ago, she held technical and managerial positions at different companies such as Samsung Electronics and Emirates Airlines.

Taravat will speak in a panel discussion about working like a boss at Qualcomm.

Trupti DeshpandeTrupti Deshpande, Senior Staff Engineer and Manager
Trupti is a Manager in the Package Architecture and Design Team. Trupti holds a MS degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Southern California. She has been with Qualcomm for 12+ years, leading and supporting generations of Qualcomm’s WIN, 3G, 4G and now 5G Package Designs.

Trupti will speak in a panel discussion about working like a boss at Qualcomm.
