Girl Geek Panelist Bios:

Priscilla HungPriscilla Hung, Chief Operating Officer, Guidewire
Priscilla oversees Guidewire’s worldwide operations, including product development, corporate and product strategy, presales, product marketing, alliances, information systems technology and security, cloud operations, and customer support. Priscilla has extensive enterprise software experience at startups and public companies. Before joining Guidewire in 2005, she held several management positions at Ariba Inc., including Director of Operations and Director of Global Channels and Alliances. Previously, she held several channel, business development, and product marketing positions at Sun Microsystems, Uniface/Compuware, Pyramid/Siemens Nixdorf, and Oracle Corporation. Priscilla has an M.Eng Industrial Engineering and Operations Research degree from Cornell University and serves on the board of ContractRoom.

Eileen MaierEileen Maier, Chief Business Officer, Guidewire
Eileen has global responsibility for product-line business strategy, presales, product marketing, sales enablement, and value consulting as Chief Business Officer at Guidewire. Her teams are responsible for ensuring that Guidewire’s product lines are driven by market-informed, ambitious, multiyear strategies, and for providing the messaging, training, and demonstration systems needed for sales success. Previously, as Senior Vice President of Sales Consulting, Eileen built Guidewire’s industry-leading global presales teams that are responsible for engaging our customers through their product selection process. Before joining Guidewire, she held several positions in presales at PeopleSoft and Oracle, as well as a variety of underwriting and management positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance. Eileen holds a B.A. in English from Loyola University and an MBA from Suffolk University, Boston.

Lerk-Ling ChangLerk-Ling Chang, VP of Strategic Ventures, Guidewire
Lerk-Ling where she leads Guidewire’s venture investing efforts and drives acquisitions and strategic partnerships. She brings 20+ years of experience in enterprise software with a demonstrated track record of identifying new areas for investment and bringing new products to market. She was the first product management hire at Guidewire Software. Together with the company’s co-founders, she led product management of Guidewire’s flagship products — ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter — from initial concept to successful delivery for the first customers. Prior to Guidewire, she held product management leadership positions at Ariba and Health Hero Network. She was also previously in healthcare investment banking and equity research at Merrill Lynch. Lerk-Ling serves as an independent board member for Limelight Health, a growth-stage startup providing a modern quoting and renewal SaaS solution for employee benefits insurers and brokers to achieve higher sales and channel performance. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. from Harvard University.

Sandia RenSandia Ren, VP of Professional Services, Guidewire
Sandia is responsible for the Guidewire Services Center (GSC) and Specialized Consulting arms of the Guidewire Professional Services team. In this role, she looks after the strategic growth and direction of teams that provide implementation support globally on Guidewire projects. The GSC provides distributed consulting services, and the specialized areas include Data and Analytics, Digital, Underwriting Management, Upgrades, Testing, and On-Demand Consulting. In her more than 15 years at Guidewire, Sandia has held roles in both Product Development and Professional Services. She’s helped to develop a number of Guidewire initiatives, including the accelerator program, the GSC, and the Digital product line. She earned both a Masters of Engineering and a B.S. in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Roopal ShahRoopal Shah, VP of Go To Market Delivery, Guidewire
Roopal leads the Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Go To Market (GTM) Programs functions at Guidewire. The mission of this team (under the GTM Delivery umbrella) is to ensure GTM readiness by providing messaging, processes, and programs for internal and external audiences. She started as Product Marketing Manager almost 8 years ago, and has worked in a variety of roles on the GTM side with increasing accountability. Prior to joining Guidewire, she worked at Accenture and Blue Shield of California. Roopal has a Bachelors in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
