Lisa has worked at some of the top restaurants in the country including Babbo and Jean-Georges in New York and Saison in San Francisco. She lives in San Francisco where she and her husband-cofounder have brought manufacturing back to the states with their latest WiFi/RFID Nomiku sous vide smart cookers. Additionally, their new Nomiku Sous Chef Meals program ships food directly to your door, and works seamlessly with their third generation model that's manufactured in San Francisco.

Staci SlaughterStaci Slaughter, EVP, Communications & Senior Advisor to the CEO, San Francisco Giants
Staci serves as Executive Vice President, Communications and Senior Advisor to the CEO for the San Francisco Giants, one of the nation’s premier sports and entertainment franchises. Staci joined the team in 1996 and oversees brand image, messaging, media relations, communications strategy and crisis management. Staci is also responsible for the Giants’ charitable endeavors. Under her leadership, the Giants were named the 2016 Sports Humanitarian Team of the Year by ESPN. She is involved in all aspects of the organization’s operations, including baseball operations, customer acquisition and retention, media and broadcasting, consumer marketing and content development on traditional and digital media channels and real estate development. Staci played an instrumental role in the construction and development of AT&T Park. As senior advisor to the CEO, she serves as the chief of staff to Giants CEO Larry Baer, advising him on organizational management, baseball and business operations and communications strategy. In 2012, Staci received Major League Baseball’s Robert O. Fishel Award for ethics, professionalism and humanitarianism and was named a Sports Business Journal Game Changer. In 2017, she received a Most Influential Women in Business award from the SF Business Times and was named a Sports Business Journal Power Player.

Claire HoughClaire Hough, SVP of Engineering, Udemy
Claire leads all of Udemy’s engineering functions for the company’s geographically distributed team. Prior to joining Udemy, she held senior executive positions at Citrus Lane, NexTag, Napster, and Netscape. Claire has spearheaded the delivery of innovative software platforms, infrastructure middleware, tools and applications, and has a proven track record of building and growing strong, global teams focused on innovation, quality, and customer care. Claire received her BS in industrial engineering and operations research as well as her MS in operations research from the University of California, Berkeley.

Wini HebalkarWini Hebalkar, VP Supply Chain and Operations, SquareTrade
Wini leads the supply chain organization at SquareTrade, responsible for service strategy and operations delivered through our network of reverse logistics providers. Wini is passionate about helping organizations re-architect their operations to better position themselves for growth. Prior to joining SquareTrade, Wini was a management consultant at ZS Associates and Infosys Consulting, driving transformations in product operations, customer engagement and overall brand performance in retail, tech and biotech. Wini began her career at Nokia (Alcatel Lucent), earning a Bell Labs President’s award for supply chain excellence. Margaret leads the product management team responsible for
Squaretrade’s service platform. The team aims to build intuitive user experiences that make complex logistics processes seem
easy. Prior to joining Squaretrade, Margaret worked in product management at Snapfish and in various international and billing operations roles at eBay. Margaret holds an undergraduate degree in Modern History from the University of St Andrews in Scotland, and a masters degree in Architectural History from the University of Virginia.

Nupur SrivastavaNupur Srivastava, VP of Product, Grand Rounds
Nupur is responsible for product at Grand Rounds, leading a team of product managers, designers and growth marketers. She and her team are responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions that deliver improved health outcomes for members. Prior to Grand Rounds, Nupur was Head of Product for AliveCor, a leader in FDA-cleared ECG technology for mobile devices. Before AliveCor she held product positions in Cisco’s telemedicine group as well as DRev, a product development company focused on affordable health technologies. Nupur earned her MBA from Stanford, where she gained deep experience in design thinking from the Stanford Institute of Design. She also has an Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

Bonnie ShuBonnie Shu, Product Compliance Manager, Harbor
Bonnie is currently Product Compliance Manager at Harbor, an online compliance platform for tokenizing private securities. She is responsible for working cross-functionally to ensure that the product meets the applicable regulatory requirements. Prior to coming to Harbor, she was a Senior Product Manager at Zenefits, where she and her team launched the new Zenefits Payroll product in 2015. In addition, she oversaw the Zenefits Payments system, which moved over a billion dollars annually, and led the Payroll Audits team, who were tasked with ensuring data quality and system accuracy. Before Zenefits, Bonnie was a practicing attorney in labor and employment law in Sacramento and has a J.D. from the University of California, Davis School of Law.

Alejandra is the UX design Lead at Stella & Dot with over 15 years of design experience. At Stella & Dot she focuses on customer e-commerce and creating experiences that help Stella & Dot Stylists run their business more efficiently. Alejandra was among the first employees to join Stella & Dot in 2005 and has done everything from web development to making custom jewelry for orders. Her role has changed over the years, but her passion for the Stella & Dot mission has stayed strong. She has a degree in Art from Stanford University.

Tricia TimmTricia Timm, General Counsel, Looker
Tricia is currently the General Counsel at Looker. Tricia was formerly the Senior Vice President and General Counsel at SugarCRM and prior to that served as General Counsel for software maker Borland. She was previously corporate counsel at Vantive Corporation, one of the original providers of CRM solutions. Tricia began her career at Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison LLP, where she specialized in initial public offerings, private financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public company representation. Tricia graduated Cum Laude from the Santa Clara University School of Law. She serves on the Advisory Board of the Katherine and George Alexander Community Law Center and is a mentor at the Entrepreneur’s Law Clinic at the Santa Clara School of Law. She has been a champion for gender and ethnic diversity in the workplace and is passionate about building cultures of inclusion.

Chelsea BrownChelsea Brown, UX Researcher, Looker
Chelsea leads UX Research at Looker. After growing a mobile ticketing app user experience for almost four years in downtown San Francisco from 4 employees to 100+ person company, she joined Looker to bridge user understanding across departments through UX methods at the 400 person company. At Looker, Chelsea works with the Head of Design to conduct generative and evaluative research studies in order to inform and educate accurate user understanding across teams. She holds a degree from UC Berkeley in Media, Marketing & Entertainment Management, and lives in Santa Cruz after relocating from the Outer Sunset in San Francisco.

Talk Topic: Chelsea will be talking about her journey to becoming a UX Researcher, and the lessons that she has learned about growing user experiences along the way. She will talk about how companies of any size can leverage UX research to fuel user understanding across departments and teams.

Sondra is a senior product manager at Looker, working with the Administration engineering team to build a great user experience for admin users of Looker. Sondra started her career as a data analyst, but after spending a few years running her own company, discovered her passion for building great products. She’s been a product manager since then. She graduated from MIT with a BS in Management Science and currently lives by the beach in Santa Cruz with her husband, Jeremy.

Anika SwensonAnika Swenson, Sales Engineering Manager, Looker
Anika leads a team of Sales Engineers at Looker. After helping start the support team (known as the Department of Customer Love), she joined sales engineering, where she and her team run product demonstrations and proofs of concept to help Looker customers get value and insights from their data. She holds a degree from UC Santa Barbara in Biopsychology, and lives in San Francisco with her husband and new puppy.

Anicia SantosAnicia Santos, Sales Engineering Lead, Looker
Anicia joined Looker as a data analyst and emerged a Sales Engineer. When she’s not helping prospective customers build the data model of their dreams during trials, she mentors sales engineers that have just joined the team. She has a degree from University of Colorado at Boulder in a field that is mostly irrelevant to her current work. She enjoys cooking and being gay in her spare time.

Alisa is a software engineer at Looker with a love for all things front-end. After graduating from UC Davis with a degree in biology, she decided to pivot her career path and joined Looker as an engineering intern in 2015, later transitioning to full-time. Her current focus is making sure that Looker’s users have the best possible experience navigating the product, finding important content and information that matters to them. When not working, she’s either chasing her sassy French Bulldog or attempting to follow a new recipe.

Joyce LaceyJoyce Lacey, Software Engineer, Looker
Joyce is a full-stack software engineer at Looker. She a part of the Administration team where she has worked on helping Looker become SOC 2 and GDPR compliant as well as working on several internal tools including the License server. During her career, she has worked on a range of different products including a desktop currency trading application, an iPad app for PDF markup and editing and an ERP system for rockets. She holds a degree in Computer Science from USC and lives in Berkeley with her two dogs, Moxy and Zeb.

Lindsey MeyerLindsey Meyer, Software Engineer, Looker
Lindsey is a full-stack software engineer at Looker. After starting as an early member of the support team (known as the Department of Customer Love), she joined the engineering team in 2016. She has worked on projects across the product, including dynamically generating SQL, streaming large amounts of data, and improving data visualizations. She holds a degree from Pomona College in Neuroscience and lives in Santa Cruz with her growing collection of plants.

Estelle is an Open Web evangelist and a Lead UI Architect at Addepar. Estelle started her professional life in architecture and then managed teen health programs. In 2000, she took the natural step of becoming a web standardista. She has consulted for Kodak Gallery, SurveyMonkey, Samsung, Yahoo, Visa, and Apple, among others. Estelle is the author of Mobile HTML5, Transitions & Animations in CSS, and Flexible Boxes in CSS, as well as the co-author of Web Performance Daybook, HTML5 and CSS3 for the Real World, and CSS: The Definitive Guide. While not coding, Estelle works in construction, de-hippifying her 1960s throwback abode.

Estelle will talk about her ideas for patching the recruiting pipeline.

Caroline O'MahonyCaroline O’Mahony, Chief of Staff
Caroline is the Chief of Staff to the CEO and the former lead of the Addepar Growth team. Before joining Addepar, Caroline was at Summit Rock Advisors, where she was a member of the Investment Committee and Vice President on the Investment Team. Prior to Summit Rock, she held various investment roles at Värde Partners, Merrill Lynch, and Deutsche Bank.

Lydia BarnesLydia Barnes, UI Engineering
Lydia is a Senior UI Engineer on the front-end infrastructure team for product at Addepar. Originally from Georgia, Lydia worked in the web and product development industry in Atlanta for about 6 years before coming to the Bay Area to join the Addepar team. She is passionate about bridging the gap between design and engineering and is currently working on a component library system to make the design-to-development lifecycle easier for engineers. On the side, Lydia is also a costume designer and a semi-professional flautist.

Shonan is the Product Management Lead for the Addepar Data Platform. Prior to Addepar, she spent 10 years building financial services products at Goldman Sachs and Barclays Capital in New York. She moved to the Bay Area to seek and provide new perspectives to the exciting area at the intersection of Finance and Technology.

Shonan will discuss her work building product at Addepar, disrupting the complex world of finance.

Zunu Mittal GuptaZunu Mittal Gupta, Engineering Lead
Zunu is a Software Engineering Manager leading the Data Engineering team at Addepar. Prior to Addepar, Zunu spent 8 years at the Hedge Fund, D.E.Shaw, and 2 years at a Fintech company called Calypso, leading teams that built financial software to incorporate complex mathematical risk models and portfolio management systems. Zunu joined Addepar in 2017 to have a wider reach for her efforts to improve the finance industry and to work with some of the best talent in the industry. When Zunu is not coding, she spends her time painting and jewelry designing.

Zunu will be sharing her journey in tech and finance.
